DMN - Data Types shortcuts do not work anymore

    Description

      Data Types shortcuts do not work anymore in the Data Types tab. Users cannot use Ctrl + S to save a data type, or even Ctrl + B to create a new data types.

      This issue impacts BC only, shortcuts still work on Kogito channels.

      This issue was found during PR review.
