Add test for task listeners not removed after engine disposal

TaskEventListeners were being removed at engine disposal. This was not correct and fixed with JBPM-9633.

This test tries to cover a similar scenario, where trying to complete a task after engine disposal, and checks also that the task status keeps on InProgress.
