Some methods (like addResource) in class KieAssemblerService have been deprecated in droolsjbpm-knowledge repo.

Thus class AbstractProcessAssembler has to be updated properly to use addResourceAfterRules method instead as suggested by Gabriele Cardosi

This caused an issue originally due to:

- DROOLS-6048

Afterwards a fix was introduce in https://github.com/kiegroup/droolsjbpm-knowledge/pull/508/

but still, as these methods are deprecated now, we should upgrade to new ones.
