Allow WS work item handler to support wrapped parameter style in remote call

Remote WS calls can be executed using a single parameter ( wrapping all input into a single object ) or sending individual objects.

So the request here is that WS Handler allows to work with both methods, depending on the configuration, users can send parameters either way, wrapped or not.
