I have a HT with SLA on it 4h30m

I use business calendar default class

configure business calendar to

business.start.hour=17
business.end.hour=22
business.hours.per.day=5

I start a timer at 16:00 pm

Day SLA must be counted from 17 pm and that is what I have in my business calendar properties ie. business.start.hour=17

The effect of the line above 17 hours are added to the calendar time
