DMN does not save when clicking Save button in Business Central

      save it -> does not save.

      I have a simple DMN decision table that I have re-created from scratch 2 times. Both times I just can't save it when I make any changes to it. There are no errors, nothing. It just doesn't save. The only thing I can do to save any changes is to rename/save & rename. 

      Feels like I'm going crazy...any chance you could please take a look at it and let me know what is wrong in that DMN?
