    Description

      When task is skipped in afterTaskAddedEvent method of TaskLifeCycleEventListener then IllegalArgumentException is thrown, see attachment.
      The functionality was working in 7.7.1, in 7.8.1 it is broken.

      The issue was reproduced by following steps to reproduce in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHPAM-3100
