1. Goto BC and then create Parent and child relationship
2. Start the instances , make it active
3. Observe that we can navigate from Parent --> child instance , but could not see same functionality from child -->Parent instance.

There is no link to navigate to Parent from child instances .Issue observed in Process instace Details tab and in Diagram tab.

Expected - Whenever there is active process instances ,there must be link to navigate from parent to child and vice versa.

JBPM-9286 UI error when parent process instance details have been removed
