TODO: Choose one solution: Main scroll-bar is deactivated only in case, that script text area is active (by clicking on it) and the pointer is over this text area. If the pointer reaches the text area and it contains the scroll-bar, the area's inner scroll-bar is activated and the main one is deactivated until the scrolling reaches the top or the bottom. After that the main scroll bar is activated back immediately. If the pointer is outside the text area, the main scroll-bar is always activated. It applies to both solutions above.
