Stunner - Creating Case Management (Preview) Asset : Array Index OOB

      1. In Business Central, add new project of type "Case Project".
      2. Add asset of type "Case Management (Preview)".

      Actual result

      Runtime exception occurs:

      java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException:-1

      eventually:

      java.lang.RuntimeException: java.util.NoSuchElementException:No value present

      It is not possible to open the Case.

      Expected result

      No exception occurs. Case Management is successfully created and opened.

      Creating a new Case Management (Preview) asset fails when opening the modeler and returns to assets list page.

      Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException:-1

      Attempting to open the resource errors with the same message and fails in the same way.

      This happens with both the final.zip resource and the installer packages.  

      This problem was not present in prior versions.
