Some form options can't be rendered in API response / DocumentCollection

    Description

      After creating a form with one component of slider, DocumentCollection, MultipleInput and/or MultipleSelector, when you call the API 

      http://<host>:<port>/kie-server/services/rest/server/containers/{containerId}/forms/tasks/{taskInstanceId}/content

      the render don't show the component.
