System error occurred while adding deployment unit

      1.Login to BusinessCentral and click on 'Servers' from Deploy section
      2. Click on Add Deployment unit and enter dummy testdata (non existent GAV) details manually ,
      3. click on checkbox - Start Deployment Unit
      4. Enter Finish and wait and then observe that an error saying "Unexpected events occurred that the system didn't know how to handle."

      Error popup while adding deployment unit says like -
      "An unexpected system error occurred. Unexpected events occurred that the system didn't know how to handle. "

      And error shows up each time when user logout and relogin and goto Servers .
