      1. Install Rest Service Task in your project.
      2. Go immediately to Deployments->Work Item handlers section, it will be blank.
      3. Go either away from settings and go back or click on the Reset button and the Work Item handler configuration will appear.
      4. If you click Save button before going away and back or before clicking on the Reset button, the Service Tasks section will show this Service Task installed but Deployments->Work Item handlers section will be empty, so it will be in an inconsistent state.

    Description

When you install a Work Item handler/Service Task in a project and go directly do Deployments->Work Item handlers, the section does not list the Work Item handler configuration of the installed Service Task. After you click Reset button or go away from settings and then go back, it will appear.

However, if you click the Save button immediately after a Service Task is installed, it will actually overwrite the Deployments->Work Item handlers section with the previous content, but the Service Task section will list the Service Task as installed.
