Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create a new Custom WorkItemHandler
2) Add the Custom WorkItemHandler in the Artificats
In the Project
3) add the newly created Custom WorkItemHandler as Dependencies
4) In Settings->Deployments->Work Item Handlers
add the new work item handlers
name = "jsonToObjectWIHTASK"
value = "new com.mycompany.wih.jsonToObjectWIH()"

but after invoking the BPM , it says class not found for the "com.mycompany.wih.jsonToObjectWIH"
