[Hepl Me ]Can't add Project

After running the stanalone file in jBPM distribution. I went to http: // localhost: 8080 / business-central to start the add project but I got an error as show in the attached image. I myself think it is due to a proxy network error. Because it's the same, but on the internet it's not secure -> Ok good. Please show me how to fix the proxy for jBPM distribution. Thanks
