Remove Migration to Legacy Business Process code.

    Description

      Since the legacy business process designer won't be available anymore and a few measures preventing creation of new legacy processes have been taken, migration capabilities from the new Business Process Designer to the legacy one are no longer needed. The code for that is no longer necessary so it should be removed.
