    Description

      As part of JBPM-8585 we introduced check of expected kie-server capabilities and actual kie-server capabilities.

      However the comparison is incorrect as the sets contains exclusive values:
      kie-server-template capabilities are: "RULE", "PROCESS", "PLANNING", see class.
      kie-server capabilities are: "BRM", "BPM", "BPM-UI", "BRP", "CaseMgmt", "DMN", "Swagger", "Prometheus", see class
