During the analysis of JBPM-8914 figured out that each form field is being created and destroyed twice, so also looks it's being rendered twice.

It's not strictly a bug, but it looks unefficient as each field is being computed twice, so the overall loading time is also duplicated. It also may lead to more memory usage.
