Add full ISO8601 support for DateTimeUtils

Currently, we only use Duration which only supports Days, hours, minutes and seconds/milliseconds. For bigger units such as years, months, weeks, days Java provides the Period class. We can utilize both of them to properly support full ISO8601 specification.
