      1. Create new notification for User task with any Time Zone but your default.
      2. Save and reopen process
      3. Open created notification, change nothing, click on Save
      Actual Result

      Time zone of the notification will be changed to your default Time Zone

      Expected Result

      Time zone will remain unchanged

    Description

      Date/time widget shows default Time Zone (for current user) when you open existing Date/Time pattern. So if the value is R/2019-08-12T10:30+05/P5M (time zone is +5). Reopen process and open this notification. You will see default Time Zone for you (in my case it is +2). If you change nothing but click on Save button, zone will be changed to user default.
