Stunner - Panning doesn't extend the process

      1. Create process, press Alt + Left Mouse key. Move canvas to the right.
      2. Canvas will be enlarged. Add any node to the new free space.
      3. Try to press Alt + Left Mouse key and move it to the right again.

      Actual Result

      Canvas won't be enlarged anymore.

      Expected Result

      Canvas will be enlarged.

      When I have just created brand new process I am able to enlarge process by simple panning. But if I have non default size process (for example pan a little bit a new process to the bottom or to the right and place any node on the free space) it is not possible to enlarge process by panning.
