PIM UI - Migration Plan edit puts incorrect data into edit form

    Description

      When editing a Migration Plan ,when 'Edit Migration Plan Wizard' modal is at 'Process Definition' step, incorrect data is presented to user.

      When creating a plan to migrate from deployment_a : a.p1 process to deployment_b : b.p2, configuring the nodes and saving it. Then after Edit the 'Process Definition' step shows deployment_a : b.p2 being migrated to deployment_b : b.p2.
