Avoid multiple data set lookups when loading or refreshing the Manage sections

Currently, when refreshing any of the pages from the Manage section, multiple calls to the Kie Server are sent in order to refresh all the select in the quick filter area ( DataSetAwareSelect ). To avoid unnecessary server round trip, we should prevent these to get refreshed only when the related dataset is changed.
