Process diagram images are hardcoded to large sizes

Modify the rest service that returns the Process instance diagram SVG to be able to resize it, if its width and height are passed as URL parameter
Add the attribute viewBox to the returned process diagram svg to allow external resizing, that was limited by the hardcoded width and height.
