Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create process with any task
2. Create any intermediate catching boundary event on the task
3. Open Diagram properties
4. Create boundary event of the same type on the task

Events docking is very slow when Diagram Properties is opened.

The largest difference in time can be observed when docking intermediate catching Timer event.

Note, that the issue can be observed only if Diagram properties is opened. If the Preview of Diagram is opened, it can not.
