Update default transaction manager value in droolsjbpm-integration module

Current transaction manager definition is outdated for recent Hibernate. The referenced class was moved to different package. Also the recent approach is to use shortcuts to avoid such classname dependencies.
Currently Hibernate keeps backward compatibility with old classname being redirected to new implementation, but it can be removed in future versions.

Purpose of this task is to adjust Kie server configuration to use these shortcuts to avoid any issue in future.
