Move out the KIE-INFINISPAN module from droolsjbpm-integration repository

There is https://github.com/kiegroup/droolsjbpm-integration/tree/master/kie-infinispan which is an experimental module that uses Infinispan (rather than the database) for persisting all runtime data.
