I'm trying to migrate from Kie-server 7.7 to 7.9 and now i have a big problem with workbench:

1. I have 2 legacy business processes (BP) - main and main2 and one new BP - onboarding.
2. When i open my project in workbench i see only one BP - main, but workbench tell me, that i have 2 BP (see screen1) (why 2, why not 3?)
3. When i open main.bpmn2 i can open Project Explorer in left panel and i see all my 3 BPs (see screen 2)

Totally, there 3 bugs:

1. Assests list didn't show me my BPs
2. Assets count invalid
3. BP in new modeler saved with extension BPMN, but legacy BPS have extension BPMN2 (maybe that's not bug, i'm not sure)

PS when i clone project git repo - i saw all 3 files - main.bpmn2, main2.bpmn2 and onboarding.bpmn
