When delegating a task via Assignments tab in Task master details view, the help message appears when the User input filed is left empty and Delegate button is clicked (screenshot attached):
Please enter a user or a group to delegate the task

This help message is incorrect because a task can only be delegated to another user, not to a group as well (in contrast to task forwarding operation which allows both).
