When selecting a node from the process instance diagram, add the relevant timer instance information on the side panel.

For a giving node, there could be multiple timer instances. For each, we should display basic information such as:

• name
• id
• activation time
• last-fire-time
• next-fire-time
• delay
• period
• repeat limit

As well as update time admin operation only available to users with roles admin and process-admin.
