QueryService is not fully initialised in SpringBoot autoconfiguration, missing bits are:

• UserGroupCallback is not set and thus default is used
• QueryService is not registered on DeploymentService and thus not receiving events about jars being deployed which results in too restrictive checks based on deployment id
