Upon first access to designer the following messages gets printed twice

16:14:57,450 INFO  [org.kie.workbench.common.stunner.bpmn.backend.BPMNBackendService] (default task-57) bpmn.marshaller.experimental = true

Because this gets printed by the marshalling service, this indicates that the marshaller have been instantiated twice

upon further inspection, the service gets created twice, but the first time both the legacy and the new marshallers are `null`
