      Start Kie server on EAP connecting to the empty PostgreSqlPlus database. => Kie server is successfully started.
      Stop EAP with Kie server.
      Start EAP with Kie server again
      =>
      Exception is logged into server log and jBPM extension is not initialized.

      The issue happens in case Kie server is started against initialized PostgreSqlPlus database.
      When Kie server is started then jBPM extension fails to be initialized due to error listed in attachment.
      Debugging revealed that affected identifier is "timestamp" related to index idx_requestinfo_timestamp. It seems that the failure has a relation to this PR.
