The current tooltips on a stunner node's contextual menu have a style that does not quite match PatternFly. They also have an animation that sometimes gets choppy if users switch between them too quickly.

Recommendation: use (or recreate) the PatternFly tooltip. It does not have a border radius. And the animation is a quick fade, not a "grow" animation.
