Continuation of the work covered in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBPM-6465, with UX enhancements for the following additional elements:

Adding Vertical lanes.
Morphing lane orientation.
Dev/UX: auto resize lane to accommodate nodes. If one lane auto expands to contain content, it expands all other lanes, to keep them in line.
