Add remote maven repository configuration for Business central OpenShift images and templates

With current images we are not able to connect remote maven repository to the Business central. In some templates there is configuration for external maven repo, but this configuration set variables only for the execution server image.
Into the business central image should be add functionality to configure remote repository and if remote repository would not be set, then will be used local maven repository.
New environment variables for configuration of remote maven repository are needed in application templates.
