1. Provision Case Management Showcase App along with Kie Workbench or deploy it as a separate .war. 2. Import to Kie Workbench the version of itorders project that is part of kie-wb-playground , deploy it and start a case instance. 3. Work through the case until the last user task Customer satisfaction survey is successfully completed. Completing this task doesn't change the the case instance state, it's stays active/open (due to absence of Terminate type of end event in case definition). 4. Login to Case Management Showcase App and select the case instance from the case list. 5. Case Overview perspective should open with an error dialog. Screenshot attached.
