Enable rule execution limit in business rule task

Currently when we run rules using the business rule task, the fireAllRules method is called and there's no way to change a limit to the number of rules that will be fired. This is a RFE to change this behavior.

Information provided by customer on this topic:

• Reliabilty enhancement
• It is very easy to generate an endless execution of rules in a businesss rule task by specifying conditions which match always and lead to rule execution of the same rule. When this happens, the entire server process is affected and results in functional restrictions also for other users. By observing an execution limit, this situation can be avoided.
