Issues when running wizards with jbpm-installer

Update maven wizard to latest version
Maven wizard also creates jBPM runtime next to maven library
Too much logging when running with full jbpm library (based on droolsjbpm-bpms-distribution)
Logging about org.hibernate.hql.internal.ast.tree.FromElementType toColumns
