[cloud-tests] Container redirection by Smart router

Add tests covering container redirection.

Images:
Kie server, Smart router

Scenario:
Deploy 2 Kie servers and Smart router
Deploy same container to both Kie servers
Verify that Smart router correctly redirects request to any Kie server
Update container on one Kie server to new version and new container id
Verify that Smart router correctly redirects request with new container id to updated Kie server

Result:
Smart router is able to redirect requests to Kie server with correct container id

Acceptance criteria: PR with a test created
