Isolation of Quartz scheduler / triggers per kjar

Currently a kie-server has 1 instance of the QuartzScheduler which is used across all kjars.

This implies that if connected to a database which contains triggers for a kjar that the server does not contain then a error will be thrown.

Requesting isolation of Quartz triggers across kjars. Such that a kie-server only picks up triggers which it can execute.
