[Cloud tests] jBPM task escalation failover

Add a tests covering usage of jBPM task escalation.

Configuration:

• Kie server

Scenario:

• Create new container containing process with escalated user task, deploy it to Kie server
• Start process
• Kill pod
• Wait for the new pod to start up
• Check that task got escalated

Result:

• jBPM task is escalated even when original pod is killed

Acceptance criteria: PR with a test created
