Provide case close operation with completion message

Currently the only way to complete a case is that the case definition leads to a terminate event that will close case instance automatically. There is no way to close case manually and the only option is to cancel or destroy it which will then show case as cancelled and not completed.

This issue is about providing close case operation that allows to set completion message as well.
