Currently when smart router is started and has defined controller URL then it tries to connect there.
If connection fails (for example because Workbench is still starting or will be started lately) then smart router doesn't try to connect again. I think that smart router should behave in same way as Kie server, periodically trying to connect to controller until it succeed.
