In OpenShift environment where kie servers (pods) can go on and off KIE Server router should ignore unregister events of containers to avoid removing directly kie server config on first pod shutting down. That is to allow to have all kie servers to identify themselves (via org.kie.server.location) using its public IP/service instead of internal IP of the pod.
