Open Deployment Descriptor editor of any project

Create new Work Item Handler and don't fill fields.

All validation messages will be in English

Description

If you will fill incorrectly Work Item Handler in Deployment Descriptor settings you will see a message in English even if you have enabled another localization. It looks like all messages are hardcoded and it is not possible to localize it yet.
