Working on https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GUVNOR-3273 I found a issue related with the way that stunner editors handle docks. They are never displayed.

Some screenshots that can help you guys debug this: (perspective id is null, making the docks never show it)

Also, take a look on AuthoringDocks and LibraryPlaces that is handling the docks for the Library.
That is probably the place where ProjectDiagramWorkbenchDocks needs to be integrated.
