Prepare simple business process Start Human Task End Ensure that Human task has not assigned potential owner and has assigned group Ensure that the logged user is member of the group from previous step Build and deploy project that contains your process Start new process instance of this process Navigate into Tasks perspective Create custom filter that: actualOwner equals to [logged user] lastModificationDate is lower or equal [today] The human task will not appear under such filter Select filter All Claim the given human task Again check custom filter The human task is still not there Now create new custom filter but exactly the same as previously, just give him another name The given human task will apper under the new custom filter The given human task should appear under the first custom filter after claiming the task
