Start process on unfinished deployment

When there are multiple Kie server nodes defined for Server template, it can happen that the request for starting a process will be sent to the Kie server instance where deployment hasn’t been finished yet. See screenshot and stacktrace.

Apparently the request for obtaining the process definition has been sent to the node where deployment was finished, because the list of definitions was already populated. But request to start process was sent to another instance (reviewing the logs of the respective node confirms this).
