Starting multiple Kie server nodes simultaneously

When multiple Kie server nodes are created at once then some of them may not be registered successfully in the Controller.

I started three nodes at the same time, in the Kie server logs I was able to see that all three of them were synced successfully. When I checked Execution services page in Workbench I saw just one Kie server registered.

This issue was observed just in case Kie server nodes has same Kie server id and Server template wasn't registered yet in Workbench.

From logs it seems like race condition when registering new Server template.
